Firstly, i would merely suggest that a clear vision which will attract potential investors and partners be communicated after which an outline on how the DAO will build up revenue be provided.
The community is one of the most important part of a project. A newly-produced project needs a strong community that will deliberately contribute to its growth and development. Building a community requires creating social awareness as well as running marketing campaigns and incentives for early members.
Construction of governance should also be put in place. Partnering with a team of well-experienced blockchain developers will also contribute to the transitioning.
Thorough testing of the DAO to ensure that it runs smoothly after which it can be released to the mainnet.
