I think it is a very good idea if Uno.Re can have some Hackathon programs where upcoming devs can show up their skills by working on a project and then submit for support. This will create more awareness. Aptos and Tron Network forum is doing the same and they are gaining a lots of good tractions.

We have 0day bounty program which is not exactly the same but pretty similar as it allows the security experts to earn bounty rewards in the Uno Re ecosystem by helping us to provide the maximum security for our clients - a hackhathon can actually be launched in the future.
