I suggest a staking pool should be provided in order to generate voting power for holders to vote successfully.

Also, I suggest the project team should organise a four weeks awareness programme about the project to let newbies and interested investors to have knowledge about this great project. This programme can be achieved by guiding the community to complete a specified task every week till the four weeks complete. At the end of each week a badge should be claimable my the participants.

Actually four weeks awareness program is a good idea, as new members comes to the ecosystem educating them more about the Uno Re ecosystem can be a really good way to create a more loyal member base.
